Returns

VAT, Customs & Taxes
EU orders:
From 1st July 2021, the European Union VAT regulations have changed for online sales:
All orders under €150 (incl. shipping costs) will now be subject to VAT at point of sale (applicable VAT rate based on final destination). An additional benefit is a quick customs release, speeding up order receipt. However, import duty and further customs charges may occur depending on the destination.
All orders over €150 (incl. shipping costs) will not be subject to VAT at point of sale, and import VAT will be charged by each respective country upon the goods arrival, together with further customs charges.
Non-UK / Non-EU orders :
All orders do not include VAT and the amount will be removed automatically at the checkout. Import VAT is payable upon delivery.
